An estimated delivery window is provided below the Add to Cart button for every configuration. Although shipping windows may vary, orders are usually delivered within days of marked as shipped. To estimate your delivery window, you can also use the tool available on this page.

Shipping

There is no minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping. We offer free shipping across all 10 canadian provinces except for very remote locations and areas inaccessible by our delivery partners, to which we may apply a shipping fee during your checkout, or reach out to you before we process your order. These areas represent about 0.3% of addresses, and residents of these areas are very likely to already be familiar with this.

The road to getting Cozey

1. Order confirmation

Upon making a purchase at Cozey, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details, estimated delivery times, and your selected delivery location.

2. Order processing

We begin preparing your order by collecting all the modules to your sofa and scheduling a pickup with our delivery partners.

3. Order pickup

As soon as your shipment is picked up from our Montreal or Vancouver warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date from the delivery partner.

4. Order delivered

On the delivery day, you will receive an “Out for delivery” notification from the delivery partner. Your boxes will be dropped at your doorstep, ready for you to get Cozey! Not home? No problem, you do not need to be there to receive them.

How much does Cozey shipping cost?

We always offer free shipping across the continental USA (which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Virgin Islands). No minimum is required.


Where does Cozey ship?

Cozey offers free shipping across all 10 Canadian provinces and every US state except Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands. Additional costs and some exceptions may occur in very rural areas inaccessible to our delivery partners.


When can I expect my Cozey sofa to arrive?

Shipping times vary with stock availability, but delivery can be expected within days from the time it is confirmed as shipped. Delivery estimates to your current location are also provided below the Add to Cart button on the product’s page.


What can I expect when my order is delivered?

When your order arrives, you can expect multiple boxes left on your doorstep depending on the number of seats you have. Every seat, pair of arms, and ottoman comes in its own box. Our boxes have handles for convenient moving. Our assembly is tool-free and everything you need is inside the boxes.

Can I schedule my delivery on a specific date?

Though we cannot schedule your delivery on a specific date, we can delay your order until you are ready for it to arrive. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team at support@cozey.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.


What are the packaging dimensions and weight of the Cozey seating collections?

Will you carry my boxes inside my home?

Though our couriers do not deliver packages inside your home, the boxes are conveniently sized to move easily and fit through any door. While it's always nice to have someone help you, it can be done alone.


Do I have to be home for the Delivery?

No need to be home on delivery day. You will receive an 'Out for delivery' notification from the delivery partner. Couriers will leave the boxes at your doorstep, welcoming you once you're back.


I live in a building - Will couriers bring the boxes to my unit?

Couriers may bring boxes to the unit door if it's reasonable to do so. In any cases where that is not possible, they will leave them in the entrance or lobby of the building in a safe location. If they are unable to leave the boxes safely, they will reattempt delivery on the next business day. Please keep in mind that every building is different and that couriers are doing their best to deliver your packages.
