How long do design consultations last?
Timing will depend on whether you’ve opted for a virtual or an in-store consultation, and can vary based on the complexity and scope of your project.
Do I need to prepare anything before the consultation?
After you schedule your consultation, we will be sure to keep you updated via email and SMS on what we recommend you come prepared with. Generally, coming to the consultation with measurements and photos of your space ensures that we can collaborate on your project with accuracy and precision. We recommend completing the design form while scheduling your consultation (also sent later via email), before meeting your specialist – this provides them with a clear understanding of your style and needs. Gathering any inspiration photos can also be very helpful.
What happens after my consultation?
You’ll receive a follow-up with personalized recommendations, product suggestions, and next steps to bring your project to life. If certain items really catch your eye, your Cozey specialist can either help you place your order together during the consultation, or can send you your items via email for your review – you’ll be able to place your order when the time is right for you.
Are there any differences between the types of consultations?
It is our mission and commitment to deliver exceptional service across mediums, leveraging each of their advantages to best assist you.

Phone call
On-the-go and time-efficient. Great for having a conversation on products’ technical specifications and detailed questions.
Video call
Remote and visual. Great to visualize your project through mood boards and to discover products. Your specialist can later sends you a render of the space you discussed with them.
In-Store
In person and tactile. Great to meet your specialist, sample, test, and feel the textures, fabrics, and furniture colours in real life. Our store also includes small 3D models that can be moved around for an accurate sense of relative proportion, on a much smaller scale.
Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?
Yes. Upon booking your consultation, you will receive email communications from our team confirming your RSVP. You may follow the links inside the email prompting you to cancel or reschedule to a time more convenient to you.
