Exactly what I hoped for. Was super happy the Toronto store opened to sit on this couch. Online it looks so cozy but you never know. The first moment I sat on it I knew I had to have it. And it was the best decision. Love that in the future I could add to it if needed or change the set up! Amazing couch
These modular sofas are so wonderful!!!! Where do I begin? First of all, the couches took only 2 days to arrive after I had placed the order. Then, it was easy for the furniture to be transferred into our house since they were packaged in separate boxes. Finally, my kids who are 16, 13 and 8 were able to assembly the couches without tools. The best part is that the couches are ultra-comfortable and look very modern. They are comparable to Ikea prices but have the appearance of some high end furniture. I was originally undecided between the regular Ciello and Ciello XL. I am glad that I went with the regular size. Now we all love to hang out on the new couches! Sometimes, the two teenager would just sleep on it instead of their own bed. I would highly recommend this!
It is SO comfy! And the material is so soft. The cushions are “certified nap worthy”. I’ve already fallen asleep so many times and it’s like lying on a cloud! It works with my decor so perfectly. If you’re in the GTA, I highly recommend going to their storefront on Queen St W and sitting on them all. The staff were fantastic and helped me with the arrangement I wanted, I even ended up buying the Mira chair (which is equally as fantastic). Customer service is also amazing - I put in the wrong address by mistake but they rectified it quickly and were very friendly. Super easy purchase! Would recommend 10/10.

I love how plump and fluffy the cushions are. We also love how the covers are removable since we have a dog who can be quite messy. It does take some getting used to ,to have the back cushions be moveable but we like that feature too since we can lie down fully and comfortably. The only improvement I would suggest is the back being a little higher for the cushions so you can rest your head back. But we truly love this couch. We are two larger adults and we can fully lie down with our dog on it too. The ottoman is also perfect for storage and foot comfort. We adore how each piece is separate since we live in a basement and moving it downstairs was so easy. We aren’t dreading any moving in the future because of the design. I would buy this couch again.
Love, love, love this couch. It’s the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on. Makes us never want to get up!
