Product is inspectedBased on its initial evaluation, the product is inspected carefully with a rigorous checklist to ensure that aesthetic and functional values are intact. Once the product passes the inspection, it undergoes several steps ensuring it reaches our highest quality standards for open box products.
Product is refurbishedOur refurbishment specialists proceed to clean and recondition any parts that do not meet our open box standards. Then, any missing or damaged parts are replaced in order to offer the full Cozey experience.
Product is “like new”Refurbished quality sofas are added to the Cozey website. The Certified Cozey Refurbished products are all inclusive of the same features and experience. You get free shipping, a 30-day risk-free trial, 5-year warranty, and marvellous comfort.

Is the 30-day risk-free trial applicable to refurbished items as well?
Yes, the 30-day risk-free trial applies to refurbished items as well. However, the return policy for refurbished items is different.
Can I return a refurbished Cozey item?
Returns of refurbished items are accepted as long as they are initiated within your 30-day risk-free trial. We ask that you return the refurbished item in its entirety and that you keep the original boxes. We do not accept partial returns for refurbished items. Please reach out to us at support@cozey.com for instructions on how to proceed with the return.
What is the return policy for refurbished products?
All our products come with a 30-day trial period, so you can make sure your purchase is right for you! However, we do not accept partial returns of Refurbished purchases. The entirety of a refurbished product must be returned. The rest of the Return Policy remains the same for Refurbished items.

Refurbished items typically leave our facilities 2 to 5 business days after the order has been placed. Shipping time may vary, depending on your current location. Rest assured, you will be notified by email with tracking information.
